Cancellation Policy

Shipping Policy

Orders will be processed the same day. USA orders will be sent via FedEx ground and will be delivered between 1-4 business days. International orders will be sent through the US post office either priority mail (delivery 6-10 business days) or first class mail (delivery approximately 10 or more business days).

Defective Products

Laser Marking Group, LLC products are to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and to have an effective shelf-life under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of invoice.

Product Returns

Laser Marking Group, LLC will accept returns of new, unopened & unused products from retail customers for thirty (30) days from the date of invoice for a full refund of item purchase price (processing fee is non- refundable). If you wish to return an item, please call Customer Service at 630-653-1063 for an RMA number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Items should be returned, freight prepaid, with the RMA number clearly written or printed on the outside of the box.

Non-returnable Products

Some of our products are considered by the US Department of Transportation (DOT) to be “ORM-D” or “Consumer Commodity” under hazardous goods classifications, and therefore, in order to return/ship these goods back to us, you or someone in your organization must be properly trained on applicable DOT regulations.
